Dynamic step goals

I love the dynamic step goal that my Garmin watch has. Instead of a fixed daily step goal, it adjusts the goal depending on how you were doing the last few days.
So for example if your step goal was 7.200 steps today, but you only managed to get around 6.000 steps in, tomorrow you will have a step goal of maybe 7.000 steps. It's like it is saying: "I see today was hard. Look let's try for a little less tomorrow ok?"

I think that's really sweet.
I love that.
