How to neighbor
- scream at your kids. It is important to start doing this at a very young age. This way your children will also scream at you and at other children.
- mow your lawn often. Talk to the other neighbors to make sure that you are not all mowing the lawns at the same day. In a perfect world there is at least one very loud lawn mower audible every day.
- saw something. You do not have to have a particular home working project, just get a table saw and saw stuff.
- have kids that cry often. Teach them that they get what they want by crying.
- curse in front of your young children. It is very funny when the children start doing it too.
